Pop-Up Mondays
Look for our Pop-Up Mondays, special openings during school holidays that give you extra chances to play on days the museum is normally closed.
Severe Weather Notice
In the event of severe weather, the Museum will follow the closure and delay schedule of the Medford School District.

Parking at the Museum
Convenient street parking is available on the blocks surrounding the Museum, The Annex, and Alba Park.
Timed Street Parking
Parking is free on weekends. During weekdays (8 AM – 5 PM), time limits apply:

1-Hour: Located on N. Oakdale Ave.

2-Hour: Located on W. 8th St, W. Main St, and Ivy St.

3-Hour: Located on the north side of the museum block.
Infomation
Play and Stay Together
An adult must accompany all children, and a child must accompany all adults. Chaperones are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children.
Daily admission allows visitors to come and go throughout the day. Ask the Front Desk for a stamp for re-entry!
Snack Areas
Snacks may be enjoyed in the Outdoor Adventure at one of the picnic tables or the amphitheater. Inside the museum, there is a designated table near Lyn's Little Learners for eating. For safety and sanitation purposes, we do not allow food or beverages on the Museum floor. Drinks in a closed container are acceptable.
Storage and Family Care
Unlocked lockers in our bathroom hallway are available to store your belongings. The Children's Museum is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Diaper-changing stations are in the restrooms.
Read and Share
Help your child make the most of their Museum time by reading any signage around the museum and then sharing this information with them.
Cleaning Up
We know that messes are part of the fun and part of being creative. Cleaning up after you’re finished will help us provide a better experience for everyone, including you!
